AGREEMENT: 

I have made contact with MERC by phone or text to 0429 329 097 & have made arrangements for payment. I understand that all fees are payable prior to semen dispatch and that if I haven’t made payment semen will not be collected & shipped. 

I have made contact with the stallion owner and signed a breeding contract

Freight is my responsibility. I understand that MERC is not responsible for freight and that losses and delays in shipping semen may compromise the outcome of my program and that I am still responsible for the costs involved in that program & the semen collection & freight.
