AGREEMENT:

Deposit will be paid prior to arrival & all fees incurred are to be paid before departure of the mare from MERC.
MERC shall not be held responsible for any injury to the mare, or her progeny or loss incurred by the Mare however caused. I understand that mares will be agisted in group paddocks and although rare, injuries mare occur & any veterinary treatments will be at my expense as the mare owner.
I give permission to MERC staff to perform Rectal Ultrasounds, any reproductive procedures required, & administer Medication to all horses in their care.
I understand MERC is a closed biosecure facility & movement of my mare onto and away from MERC will be done only at the time I am allocated. Visitors are not permitted.
Biosecurity Check - This is to certify that the above Mare / Mares have appeared to be normal in behaviour and in good health for the 3 months prior to admission to MERC. The details of any illnesses or injury have been declared prior to entering MERC facilities.
I understand that MERC is not responsible for freight and that losses and delays in shipping semen may compromise the outcome of my program and that I am still responsible for the costs involved in that program.
