Horse Agistment Services

We offer horse agistment services at Mid North Coast Equine Reproduction Centre (MERC). Our facility is designed to provide your horse with the best possible environment for both rest and exercise. From lush pastures and trails to private paddocks and individual barns, our facility offers everything you need for a safe and comfortable stay.

All horses agisted at MERC are hand-fed daily. There are communal paddocks as well as some individual agistment pens for mares that don’t mix with others. All horses at MERC are fed well to ensure maximum fertility during their stay. Our team will be happy to discuss all aspects of agistment with you and make sure that every facet of care is taken into consideration.

Agistment fees

Inclusive of G.S.T.

Agistment is charged to all mares (& stallions) daily at MERC. The agistment fee includes feed as well as any ultrasound examinations.

Mares $25 per day
Individual Yards $40 per day
Stallions $40 per day

All routine health care while agisted (drenching, hoof trimming etc.) is additional
